Important Notice: Domain services and server-related services are strictly non-refundable.

Hosting Refund: Hosting services are eligible for a 7-day refund, issued as account credit only.

1. Hosting Services Refund

ThickHost offers a 7-day refund window on shared hosting and reseller hosting plans. Refunds are not paid in cash or bank and will be added as credit balance in your ThickHost account.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All Domain services (registration, transfer, renewal)
VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Servers (any server type)
Licenses, add-ons, and third-party services
Setup fees and administrative charges
Promotional or discounted plans

3. Refund Method

Any approved refund will be processed as account credit only. This credit can be used for future services at ThickHost and is non-withdrawable.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

No refund will be issued if services are suspended or terminated due to:

Violation of Terms & Conditions
Abuse, spam, or illegal activity
Late or failed payments

5. Downtime & Technical Issues

Service downtime or performance issues do not qualify for refunds. No cash or credit compensation will be provided for such cases.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute may lead to immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Policy Acceptance

By ordering any service from ThickHost, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.

8. Policy Updates

ThickHost reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
