ThickHost offers a 7-day refund window on shared hosting and reseller hosting plans. Refunds are not paid in cash or bank and will be added as credit balance in your ThickHost account.
Any approved refund will be processed as account credit only. This credit can be used for future services at ThickHost and is non-withdrawable.
No refund will be issued if services are suspended or terminated due to:
Service downtime or performance issues do not qualify for refunds. No cash or credit compensation will be provided for such cases.
Any chargeback or payment dispute may lead to immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
